Sales Policy

We Love Our Customers

At Razzle Dazzle, giving our customers an extraordinary experience is first and foremost in everything we do.  We are more than happy to assist you with product purchases, provide you with tips and techniques, and answer any questions you may have. 

The following is a list of our Policies and Procedures:

Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards at checkout: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 
The charge will be posted on your credit card bill as:  Razzle Dazzle, with the total amount charged.

Fulfillment Methods
All orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 72 hours of receiveing your order.

Order Confirmation Emails
After you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order.  The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt, and you can print it for your records.  The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products purchased, prices, quantities, payment method, your shipping and billing addresses, as well as the shipping method you selected.

Cancellation/Modifying Orders
At Razzle Dazzle, our order process is automated.  We apologize but once you have completed your "Check Out", the order can NOT be cancelled.

Problems at Checkout
If you are having issues with the online checkout system, please feel free to call customer service at (877) 492-7901 and have we can assist you in completing your order over the phone.

Online Returns
If you are unhappy for whatever reason with your product, return the item with the receipt within 30 days of your purchase and we will credit your account the full purchase price (less shipping and handling).  You will need to pay for shipping costs when returning product.  If you have any questions, please call our head office at (954) 838-0356.

Other Returns
Products purchased at Demonstration Kiosk locations must be returned to the Demonstration Kiosk location at which it was purchased.  If you have any questions, please call our head office at (954) 838-0356.

Promotions
If you wish to participate in one of our promotions, please enter the promotions code at during the "Check Out" process, while placing your order.

  Send a fax with your order details to (954) 337-4687 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Credit card orders only please.
By Mail:

The company Razzle Dazzle manufactures and sells high quality, branded jewelry and glass cleaner.  The value and quality of Razzle Dazzle is reflected in our formulations and our brands, in which our customers and others have come to trust and rely on product performance.  The purpose of the following sales policy is to ensure that Razzle Dazzle maintains its high quality reputation and associated brand goodwill.

Sales Policies
Razzle Dazzle has determined that our goal of establishing our line of cleaning products as the world’s #1 Diamond Cleaner is best served by offering our products only to those accounts that provide superior, personal service, and promoting Razzle Dazzle’s premium brand image in a way that is consistent with Razzle Dazzle’s business strategy.  Razzle Dazzle therefore has determined that we will only sell its products to authorized accounts.  Accounts that engage in any of the following sales or advertising tactics will be deemed unauthorized and will not receive future product from Razzle Dazzle.

  • Failing to respond promptly or appropraitely to customer complaints.
  • Selling or advertising Razzle Dazzle products online without prior written consent from Razzle Dazzle, which Razzle Dazzle shall give solely at its own discretion.
  • Advertising Razzle Dazzle products for sale through any means other than in-store/kiosk purchases without prior written consent from Razzle Dazzle, which Razzle Dazzle shall give solely at its own discretion.  Specifically, it is a violation of Razzle Dazzle’s Sales Policy to advertise Razzle Dazzle products online where a telephone number appears, or where any other mechanism for purchasing Razzle Dazzle products are offered, other than in-store/kiosk transactions.
  • Selling or advertising Razzle Dazzle products in catalogues without prior written consent from Razzle Dazzle, which Razzle Dazzle shall give solely in its own discretion.
  • Defacing Razzle Dazzle product.
  • Selling or advertising Razzle Dazzle products in a manner that is inconsistent with Razzle Dazzle brands.

Razzle Dazzle believes that unauthorized sales or advertising practices may damage the Razzle Dazzle brands and the investment Razzle Dazzle has made in offering high-qualityproducts and services to its clientele.  This list is not exhaustive, and Razzle Dazzle reserves the right to exercise our independent discretion regarding account selection to ensure our clients receive the best products and services possible.
